Welcome to the Hackney Therapy Collective. We are a small group of experienced therapists offering counselling and psychotherapy in Hackney, next door to Hackney Downs Overground station, with online sessions available for clients across London and the UK.
We each work integratively, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches to create therapy that fits you. Our areas of expertise span trauma, relationships, identity, and a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties — you can find out more about each of us on our individual pages.
We work with adults, young people, couples, and families, and we are all registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and other professional bodies.
Each of us offers a free initial consultation so you can get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit. You can connect with us either via our contact page or by exploring our therapists’ profiles below.
